Round Wooden Stretcher Frame — Pine, 48 mm, Ø 30–200 cm (bare)

The round as a frame, 48 mm

A round pine ring, 48 mm deep, supplied without fabric – the same frame we stretch our own round canvases on. Once stretched, it becomes a bold wall object. You stretch it yourself – it arrives cleanly milled and glued, ready for cotton or linen from Ø 30 cm.

Who the pine frame is for

Pine multiplex keeps this 48 mm round frame light and affordable – from €50 up to Ø 200 cm. Stretching yourself means you decide fabric, tension and primer – this frame gives you the shape. A pocket rebate on the front keeps the fabric off the wood; the bar width grows with the size from about 4 to 8 cm.

Sizes and prices

The range for the 48 mm round frame in pine runs from Ø 30 cm to Ø 200 cm: 18 sizes, starting at €50. For comparison: Ø 80 cm costs €130 in this version. From Ø 130 cm we add a centre cross so the frame stays true. Intermediate sizes on request.

Questions about the round frame in pine, 48 mm

Which fabric suits the round frame in pine at 48 mm? Cotton and linen both work. On pine it is best to stay below about 120 cm; for sizes up to Ø 200 cm choose birch.

Is the round also available ready-stretched? Yes – as a finished canvas in cotton or linen, also in pine at 48 mm and in the same 18 sizes.

Frame depth 48 mm: Gallery depth – a bold side profile that looks great without an additional frame and the most stable choice for very large formats.
