Consumers within the European Union generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Please note that our frames and canvases are made individually to your specifications; for such custom-made goods the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded or limited under German law.

Because every order is discussed and confirmed individually, we will inform you of the exact terms — including any right of withdrawal — in writing with your quotation, before any contract is concluded.
