Do I need a picture frame for the wide oval canvas? At 24 mm calm white edges look best. We do not currently offer a picture frame in the wide oval shape – to go frameless, choose 36 or 48 mm.

How do I hang the wide oval canvas at 24 mm? It looks best upright like a medallion or landscape like a window onto a view. The back is tacked all round and the stretcher takes standard picture hangers.

Does the linen on the wide oval in birch work for acrylics too? Yes. Linen takes acrylics just as well and stays tauter than cotton – from about 150 cm it is the better choice for acrylics too, and this shape goes up to 200×166 cm.
