An oval canvas from our workshop
Oval formats are hard to find in shops. We make them ourselves in Chemnitz – from milling the frame to stretching the canvas. This version combines a birch multiplex frame, 24 mm deep, with 380 g cotton.
The frame
Birch multiplex from European production – hard, dimensionally stable and warp-free. The safe choice for large formats, wet or heavy techniques and paintings for sale or exhibition.
The fabric
100% cotton, approx. 380 g/m², triple white-primed (unprimed on request). Medium-fine, even weave, robust and tear-resistant – the standard choice for acrylics.
Frame depth
24 mm – the classic depth: the frame steps back and the painting takes centre stage.
Sizes
Available from 30×25 to 200×166 cm. From 130 cm we add a centre cross so the canvas stays taut. Other sizes on request.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of goods.
