We are pleased to introduce our new product: the Modular Round Wood Frame, now including premium 100% cotton canvas (380g) unprimed! Artists who have previously been put off by the high manufacturing and shipping costs for large, round wood frames can now breathe a sigh of relief. Through an innovative redesign of manufacturing and shipping, we offer these frames at a more affordable price.

Material and Construction:
The round wood frames are built on a modular system consisting of multiple sections made from two layers of 2.4cm birch multiplex plywood.
The upper layer features a recess of at least 0.3cm depth, ensuring the canvas contacts only the outer edge.
The segments are precision-drilled for fast and straightforward alignment and assembly using the included dowels and screws.
An assembly video is currently in production and will demonstrate how the large round wood frames can be assembled in approximately 10 minutes.
Stability and Weight:
The round form and the quality of the materials used provide high structural stability under tension, even without centre bracing.
This contributes to reduced weight while maintaining the robustness of the frame.

The modular system allows artists to assemble the frame themselves, simplifying transport and storage.

Available in the following sizes: 80 cm, 90 cm, 100 cm, 110 cm, 120 cm, 130 cm, 140 cm, 150 cm, 160 cm, 170 cm, 180 cm, 190 cm and 200 cm.
The modular round wood frame system ships in surprisingly compact packages (a 150 cm frame fits in a 30×23×81 cm parcel!), making shipping within Germany and Europe cost-effective.

Detailed assembly instructions are included with your delivery. Once assembled, the wood frame system can be stretched with your own canvas at a later stage. If preferred, we also offer a version with canvas included — you can find it here.
Large round wood frames are typically dispatched within 5–7 working days, though processing times may vary depending on workload. Please notify us if you have a specific deadline.
